By using the DotSCADA system and its platforms, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Service Definition

DotSCADA is an industrial production line monitoring and analysis system that includes: sensor devices (SC08CH/SC16CH boards), a web dashboard, an Operator mobile app, and a Partners app. The service operates on a subscription model (SaaS).

Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials • You must not share login credentials with unauthorized persons • You may create sub-accounts with different permissions based on your plan • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Acceptable Use

The system must be used for legitimate purposes only: • Monitoring and analyzing your own production equipment • No unauthorized access to other users' data • No use of the system in a way that harms servers or the network • Compliance with applicable local laws

Plans & Payment

• Prices are determined by the selected plan (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled • We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days prior notice • Prices do not include VAT unless otherwise stated

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights for the system, software, and designs are reserved by DotSCADA. No part of the system may be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide reliable service with 99.9% uptime • We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions due to causes beyond our control • We are not liable for decisions made based on system data • Our liability is limited to the value of your subscription in the last 12 months

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period • Your data remains available for download for 30 days after cancellation • After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted

Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of any material changes 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
