Retention Commitment
DotSCADA certifies that the DotSCADA system has been installed and activated for the customer named above for the purpose of recording and retaining production data and operational readings according to the machine records and measurement points agreed within the project scope. DotSCADA commits to retaining and storing the production records and data captured by the system for one year from the issue date stated in this certificate, based on the records approved with the customer at installation.
This commitment applies under normal system operation and the availability of the required technical infrastructure. It does not cover data loss or service interruption resulting from force majeure or causes beyond DotSCADA's reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, long-duration public power or telecommunications outages, unauthorized modifications, disconnection of required infrastructure, or events outside reasonable control.
