Training is free for partners accepted into the program, and you receive a "Certified DotSCADA Partner" badge upon completion.
How are coverage areas determined?+
They are set through direct agreement based on your experience and geographic region. You can propose the areas you'd like to cover, and coverage areas are not exclusive unless the agreement states otherwise.
What is the commission or revenue model?+
It's agreed directly in your partnership agreement after the review call. Contact our team to discuss the details.
What happens if the system fails at one of my customers?+
DotSCADA handles core product issues, updates, and advanced troubleshooting. Your role remains field maintenance, on-site follow-up, and customer coordination based on the deployment model.
Can I apply from outside Saudi Arabia?+
Yes. We review partner applications from Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and additional regions when there is a clear coverage and support plan.
Are future system updates included?+
Yes. Every new development in the system — features, AI tools, or hardware updates — reaches you and your customers at no additional cost.
